A "Claas" above the rest!!!!!

AT Bone has recently taken delivery of a new “Claas Lexion 600” Combine Harvester, just in time for this year’s campaign. This superb machine boasts output figures at over 50 tonnes per hour, an enormous 40ft header, GPS and Laser pilot technology, yield mapping, in fact packed full of features offering benefit to our partners and customers.

Harvest time is nearly here and our continued investment in state of the art equipment such as this means we can improve efficiencies year on year.

 

CLAAS LEXION 600

The VARIO cutterbars give up to 10% more performance by smoothing out the crop flow.
• The new CRUISE PILOT throughput control automatically adapts the ground speed to the crop conditions.
• The LASER PILOT and GPS PILOT automatic steering systems make things easier for the operator and contribute to
significantly higher productivity.
• AUTO CONTOUR II controls the ground pressure of the front attachment more accurately than ever before.
• The CLAAS HYBRID SYSTEM – the combination of APS and ROTO PLUS threshing technologies - delivers the
outstanding performance of the LEXION 600.
• The ROTO PLUS residual grain separation system is even more effective due to optimised, high performance rotors.
• The 12,000 litre grain tank extends the field coverage whilst the high offloading rate reduces the time required to empty
the tank. Both together considerably increase your daily output.
• The SPECIAL CUT II chopper, the new chaff blower and the power spreader with a spreading width of more than 12
m provide top quality straw management.
• The 16 litre Mercedes Benz V8 engine has an output of 431 kW / 586 HP (EEC 80/1269); a speed reduction of 100
rpm unleashes a power boost of 41 kW / 56 HP.
• The 2-speed OVERDRIVE transmission has a maximum speed of 30 km/h and reduces unproductive travel time
between fields.
• The CLAAS TERRA TRAC crawler track system enable the LEXION to operate without compaction problems
