2 x Experienced Arable/ General Operators

Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the core farm team and assist in all farm tasks. We are looking for 2  experienced enthusiastic general/ farm operators with  high standards of workmanship.  Ideally you will have had at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role, have a proactive mindset and be flexible.

Responsibilities:

Partake in all farm tasks and machinery operation, including, but not limited to drilling, cultivations and baling.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have:

• Have a full UK driving licence
• Hold PA 1, 2, 4 qualifications (ideally)
• Be competent, experienced machinery operator
• Have at least 3 years drilling and spraying experience preferred
• Have good attention to detail, ability to work as a team
• Be self-motivated approach and good use of own initiative
• Have experience of GPS and precision farming techniques beneficial
